Fassix · a technology company

I’m building Fassix to see how far technology can transform an industry.

Two industries so far: marketing for small businesses, and career education. I’m Ishaan Shringi, the engineer who designs, builds and runs both.

What I am building

Two products. Two industries. One idea.

Take an industry that runs on people’s time, give the people better tools, and see what changes. Each product is that idea tried in one place.

I also license these platforms to businesses that run them under their own brand. The software stays on my servers, owned and maintained by Fassix, and their customers see their name.

What I build

Systems that stay up, and agents that do real work.

Not a list of skills. These are things running in production today, each one built end to end.

  1. 01

    Real-time messaging at scale

A WhatsApp platform that has handled peaks of 1,700 customer messages a day for a single franchise client, with the AI replying inside two seconds at the 95th percentile.

  2. 02

Meta’s platform, as a tech provider

Businesses connect their own WhatsApp and Instagram numbers through Meta’s embedded signup, on infrastructure Fassix operates as a registered technology provider.

  3. 03

AI agents in production, with the bill attached

Every model call is metered, priced and settled against the customer it served. An agent that cannot account for its own cost is a demo, not a product.

  4. 04

Payments and invoices that survive an audit

Razorpay checkout, signed webhooks, idempotent settlement, monthly invoices and GST-correct bills of supply, generated and reconciled without a human in the loop.

  5. 05

    Documents in three Indian scripts

Career reports rendered as print-quality PDFs in English, Hindi and Gujarati, with the shaping and fonts Indic scripts actually need, not a font swap.

  6. 06

Mobile, with push I run myself

A Flutter app for the team on the road, with notifications delivered straight through Apple and Google’s transports from my own servers. No third-party push vendor in the path.

Where this goes

The hard problems are the point.

AI agents that are trusted with work

Not chat. Agents that answer a customer, qualify a lead, counsel a student, and can be held to what they said. That is the layer Fassix is built to get right.

Architecture that scales without drama

Reliable, observable, boring where it should be boring. Systems a small company can run for years, and a large one would recognise as serious.

Products, not projects

Fassix builds and runs its own products. It does not take on client work. If you want what a product does, it is yours to use. If you want it built for you, that is not what this is.

About

Ishaan Shringi

Engineer. Founder of Fassix.

I’m an engineer. I like problems that only give way to careful systems: messaging that must not drop a customer, money that must reconcile to the rupee, models that must be right often enough to be trusted and cheap enough to be sold.

Fassix is where I put that to work. I build each product end to end, from the database to the screen a customer touches, and I run it in production with real businesses and real students on it. When something breaks at two in the morning it is my phone that rings, and that is how I want it. The products get better because the person who built them is the person who answers for them.

Marketing and education came first because both run on people’s time and attention, and both have been badly served by software so far. There will be more.
